The objective of this event is to promote excellence, education, network, exposure and growth of the small, big and upcoming businesses.

 

It is our desire to assist all Businesses, big or small to penetrate the market. And help you grow your business by interacting and mingling with your potential consumers as we are bringing service providers and consumers into one compound for 3 whole days. The event is scheduled for the 28th November to the 30th November 2019 which is Thursday, Friday and Saturday, our target audience is the Jwaneng Mine, other contractors and the Jwaneng community at large. We like to think of this event as YOUR EXHIBITION and your opportunity to exhibit your services and products. Therefore, we welcome all constructive comments and/or suggestions. We learn from experience and appreciate the input of our exhibitors.

Things to know:
1. Three food stalls are available for rental throughout the event (3 days) and one (1) food stall will cost P1000. For all 3 days and every food stall is only allowed to sell food and Drinks. NO alcohol will be allowed.
2. All outdoor vendors are reminded to bring their own gazebos, foldup tables and stretch tents for your convenience.
3. A deposit of 50% of total cost will hold you assigned spot until Monday 11th November 2019. The balance of all funds is due by that date or deposit will be forfeited unless we have been notified of cancellation by 15th November 2019.
4. The EXPO will start at 9am everyday but if you desire to open earlier than that, please feel free to do so.
5. All spaces will be leased on a 1st paid - 1st served basis and there will be NO extra charge for the corner spaces.
